From May 9, new binding regulations of the municipality of Alūksne region No. 15/2024 “On the procedure for the circulation of highly detailed topographical information in Alūksne district”.
The binding regulations determine the procedure for the circulation of highly detailed topographical information in the county, so that the municipality has high-quality topographical information at its disposal. The rules apply to natural and legal persons who carry out topographical and geodetic surveying, build engineering networks and structures or develop land development projects in the territory of Alūksne county.
The official publication of the mentioned binding regulations is available in the 88th edition of the official publication of the Republic of Latvia “Latvijas Vēstnesis”, 08.05.2024. The binding regulations can be found on the legal acts portal www.likumi.lvas well as in the www.aluksne.lv section of the Alūksne municipality website Municipality/Documents/Binding regulations.
