After Boston made 22 3-pointers in Game 1, which the Celtics won 114-94, Miami responded with 23 long-range shots, setting a team playoff record.

Porzingis played 30 minutes and scored 6 points. Kristaps hit 1 of 5 2-pointers, missed all 4 long shots, made all 4 free throws, grabbed 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks.

Jaylen Brown scored 33, Jayson Tatum 28, Derrick White and Drew Holliday 9 points for Boston.

“Heat” basketball players stood out with amazing accuracy of long shots. Tyler Hero was 6-of-11, Caleb Martin 5-6, Nikola Jovic 3-4, Jaime Haquez 3-6 and Haywood Highsmith shot 53.5% from the three-point line for the entire team.

The most productive in the Miami team was Hiro with 24 points, Bem Adebayo and Martin scored 21 each, Haquez scored 14 points.
