It has already been announced that when developing an apartment building renovation project, it is also possible to apply for “ALTUM” state support, which can cover up to 49% of the costs. It should be taken into account that the renovation of the building does not mean only insulation work, but a much wider range of work to be carried out, Māris Ozoliņš, the chairman of the board of SIA “Rīgas namu pravādāvāds” (RNP) SIA, explains in the program cycle “You own much more than just an apartment”.

With the motto “You own much more than just an apartment!” RNP continues a campaign designed to inform and educate customers about available support programs for the renovation of multi-apartment buildings.

“Insulation is of course one of the things we are doing, but I would rather say renovation. It’s not just paneling and insulation here. There are many other things here – the visual appearance of the house is getting much better, windows, doors are being changed, sound insulation is getting better – there is no such noise from the street. All risers and sleepers are changed. Therefore, there is no problem that at some point something will start to leak. It is possible to regulate the heat individually in each apartment, which is not possible with the old systems. There are many benefits and you practically live as if in a new house – this is the most important benefit,” says M. Ozoliņš.

Riga resident Toms, who is a resident of the updated building at Mūrnieku Street 14, also shares his experience. Tom points out that a house as an asset is a great value that will only increase with renovation. RNP employees helped with the development of the project and the arrangement of the necessary documents, which also allowed us to meet the required deadlines.
