The white “Mazda” with Ukrainian license plates has been standing motionless in the yard for quite some time, local residents say. No one really knows how to answer the question of who owns the vehicle. This will certainly become clear at the moment when the burnt vehicle starts to annoy the people around and spoil the view in the yard.

“There was fear, but the firemen came quickly, the police were also there,” says the neighbor.

In order to protect the nearby building, as well as the nearby vehicles, the rescuers diverted the water to the wall of the house and other vehicles. However, the right front side of the “Opel” has suffered a little.

“The flames were big, there was no explosion, I saw afterwards that the policemen walked by the barns and took out one drunk person. Apparently, he was hiding in the barn,” says Leontine, who saw a drunken man being taken away.

The State Police has started criminal proceedings according to the second part of Article 185 of the Criminal Law, namely for the intentional destruction or damage of property of others, if it was done by burning. The law enforcement officers do not reveal whether the alleged culprit has been arrested, stressing that the investigation is ongoing, and the police refrain from further comments at the moment.
