at At 8:32 p.m., a call was received to Zvātuņu street in Riga, where a 10-square-meter door on the fourth floor of a six-story residential building was on fire.
Before the arrival of VUGD, 30 people evacuated from the building. Firefighters rescued two people.
at At 20.58, the fire was extinguished, currently firefighters are still working at the scene.
On the other hand, nine minutes after this call, VUGD received a call to the nearby Laboratorijas Street, where a two-story wooden building caught fire. Rescuing people and limiting the spread of the fire took place. More than 35 firefighters with 11 tanker trucks are participating in the fire fighting.
