This week, which starts on April 29, you can go to 89 regular charter flight destinations from RIX Riga Airport, which is 12 more than the week before, Ilze Salna, Communication Project Manager of the airport’s Communication Unit, informs Travelnews.lv.
The national airline “airBaltic” is launching regular flights to five new destinations this week, significantly improving connections with the Balkan region: Tirana in Albania, Sofia in Bulgaria, Skopje in North Macedonia, Pristina in Kosovo, as well as Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. Also, starting this week, Heraklion, Yerevan, Belgrade, Tivat, Rhodes, Thessaloniki and Venice return to the list of regular flights of “airBaltic” in the summer season.

On the other hand, the airline “Norwegian”, which will open its base at Riga airport with a ceremonial event on April 30, this week will add regular flights to Tivat and Corfu to its list of flights from Riga.
