SIA “DDzKSU” closes the heating season and starts summer season work

SIA “Daugavpils apartment and communal utility company” informs that from Monday, April 29, the heating season in the apartment buildings managed by the company will end, and the company will start summer season works in the apartments.

Residents who plan to change radiators and towel dryers or other works related to the heating system and who plan to use the services of SIA “DDzKSU” plumbers to perform these works, should apply to the company. an application must be written.

SIA “DDzKSU” reminds that replacement works of heating devices are carried out outside the heating season, except in emergency cases.

If the residents will carry out the works independently, it is necessary to write an application to SIA “DDzKSU” with an application for draining water from the system. Customers need to pay for water draining, as it is an integral part of the technological process. The consent of other apartment owners is not required.
