During the conversation, G. Reinsons pointed out that the experience of Ukraine is taken as an example, so the primary task is to ensure the ability of educational, medical and nursing institutions to provide asylum. Ukraine’s experience shows that it is necessary to take refuge in a safe shelter within 90 seconds after an alarm is announced, so shelters must be located very close to these institutions. They should also be easily accessible and quickly reachable.

Residents are also invited to be involved in the identification and improvement of potential shelters, thus creating a safe shelter for themselves in the event of a potential war.
