Such working hours will be valid until October 31. Visitors can access the park from both Uzvaras Street and Lapskalnas Street, and cars can also be parked in the parking lots at Uzvaras Street and Lapskalnas Street. It should be noted that the public toilet in Uzvara Park is open every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the summer period.
Visitors of Victory Park and the children’s recreation and play town are invited to take part in the maintenance of the urban environment with their participation, attention and care, to observe the rules of public order in Jelgava, as well as to pay attention to the safety of children in the playgrounds. Parents are responsible for the child’s safety. Parents are invited to behave responsibly and not put their younger children at risk by placing them in facilities intended for older children. The devices must be used in the manner intended for them, and the responsibility for this must be assumed by the parents or persons who are looking after the child at the time.
Residents are asked to report any signs of danger or damage to any of the children’s play or active recreation facilities in Uzvara Park to the Municipality’s Operational Information Center on the resident support phone number 8787. However, if you notice malicious and deliberate breaking or damage of equipment, please report it to the Jelgava Municipality Police on the phone number 8550.
