The urban maintenance company “Vizii Urban” worked last year with a turnover of 10.848 million euros and a profit of more than 267,000 euros, the company told LETA agency.

According to Valdas Purvinskas, the chairman of the board of “Vizii Urban”, the year 2023 was successful for “Vizii Urban”, because in that year the company expanded its operations, starting to service new territories and implementing company expansion deals.
For example, in the field of private commercial clients, “Vizii Urban” concluded contracts worth more than 500,000 euros last year, while in the field of urban maintenance works, Riga, Bauska and Sigulda have joined the company’s clientele, Purvinskis says.
He also mentions that last year “Vizii Urban” invested 1.5 million euros in the purchase of new equipment, thus both modernizing and “greening” its fleet and strengthening its position in the market. Also, the company has implemented a company purchase transaction, with which the Cēsu street cleaning company SIA “KOM-Auto” became an urban cleaning company belonging to “Vizii Urban”.

“Firmas.lv” information shows that “Vizii Urban” was registered in 2022, and its share capital is 1,935,645 euros. “Vizii Urban” is part of the “CleanR Group”.
It has already been announced that “CleanR group” last year, according to preliminary data, worked with a turnover of 101.349 million euros, which is 48.2% more than the year before, while the company’s profit increased by 93.5% – up to 10.157 million euros.
The company “CleanR group” was registered in 2014, and its share capital is 346,000 euros. “CleanR group” bonds are included in the “First North” alternative market of the “Nasdaq Riga” exchange.
