Putin signed a new “decree” setting the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036. The text of the decree was published on the Kremlin website on the evening of May 7, shortly after the inauguration of the Russian president. At least half a million people with disabilities and the elderly will receive long-term care services. At least half a million foreign students will study in Russian universities (Minister of Science and Higher Education Valerys Falkovs said that in 2023 there were about 400,000 of them).

An efficient and fair system will be created to identify, support and develop the abilities and talents of 100% (!) children and young people. Finally, all schools and kindergartens identified as requiring major repairs will be renovated by the end of 2024.

It is not clear how much, but the level of satisfaction of the population with the conditions of physical education and sports, as well as the work of state and municipal cultural, art and folk art organizations will increase. But satisfaction with the work of state and local government employees and employees of public organizations among the population should increase by at least 50%.

Half of the planes will be Russian-made. “Population aviation mobility” will increase one and a half times compared to 2023.

100% of solid household waste will be sorted, no more than half will be buried, and a quarter will be recycled and put back into circulation. 50 dangerous places with accumulated environmental damage will be eliminated.

A digital platform based on the principle of data-driven management will be introduced to promote the formation, maintenance and preservation of human health throughout life.

Conditions will be created for the education of a harmoniously developed, patriotic and socially responsible personality based on traditional Russian spiritual, moral, cultural and historical values. These values ​​will promote and protect at least 70% of the projects financed by state development institutions in the field of culture, art and folk art.

To demonstrate the achievements of modern Russian cinema, 900 audio-visual content reproduction centers will appear in settlements with a population of up to 50,000.
