A couple from Great Britain also thought so, but their hopes did not lead to a positive outcome. Shortly after the marriage, the new wife announced that she would divorce her husband.
The new wife decided to divorce the newly married man already during the wedding celebration. The reason for this was that the young husband deliberately humiliated his wife in front of all the guests, the media “The Sun” reports.
As it turns out, even before the wedding, the young woman had noticed interesting behavior from her future husband.
He was more and more active on social media, watching various prank videos, or precisely various jokes, developed by others on the wedding day with his partner. The woman’s attention was attracted by exactly two of the videos she saw. In one video, a man shoved his wife’s face into a cake in front of everyone, while another young husband decided to show all the wedding guests embarrassing pictures of his wife.
Fearing that her future husband might also play such a joke, the woman repeatedly emphasized to him that she did not want anything like that and did not want him to spoil their special day like this. She had even mentioned to the groom that if he did such a thing, she would divorce him.
When the wedding day arrived, everything went smoothly until the wedding cake had to be cut in the evening. The young wife took a knife in her hand and made the first cut in the cake, when suddenly she felt her husband’s hand on the back of her head and then she found herself facing the cake. All her makeup, hair and dress were ruined, everything was smeared with cake.
The guests, of course, laughed and were delighted. Meanwhile, the new wife was furious because she felt humiliated. She slapped her husband and ran away with tears in her eyes. The new wife decided to stop the celebration.
Seeing the true nature of her husband, the woman decided to leave him, despite the fact that many wedding guests told her not to live so much and that it was just an innocent joke. The woman mentioned that after such behavior, she could no longer trust her husband, because he had promised not to play any jokes on the wedding day.
It is reported that just 48 hours after the couple had exchanged rings, the new wife announced that she wanted a divorce.
