The Holy Trinity Church Tower Observation Deck, Exhibition Hall and Visitor Center located on the 1st floor of the tower will be open on Tuesdays from 9am to 6pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am to 9pm and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Historical expositions are available to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Mondays, the tower will be closed for in-person visits, but for tourism questions, please contact us by phone at 63005547, 25619266 or by e-mail at [email protected].

From May, Jelgava’s Old Town House will welcome visitors from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. But the Farm of Life and Crafts will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Old Town House and the Farm of Life and Crafts will be closed.

It should be noted that on May 1 and 4, the tower’s viewing area, the exhibition hall and the Tourist Information Center will be available to visitors from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the exhibitions – from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On the other hand, on May 6, when it is an official holiday in the country, the tower’s view square, exhibition hall, expositions, as well as the Tourist Information Center will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Jelgava’s Old Town House will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 1 and 4, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 6. The Farm of Life and Crafts will be closed on May 1 and 6, but on May 4 visitors are welcome from from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It should be noted that on May 4, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., everyone is invited to the Life and Crafts Farm to celebrate together the Independence Day of the Republic of Latvia. At a large table in the yard of the craft farm, guests will be treated to soup cooked on a fire. Everyone is invited to come in national costume or with some patriotic element of the costume to create a Latvian festive mood together, as well as a request to bring a treat for the common table. Participation in the event is free.

From May, the working hours of the Gedertas Elias Jelgava Museum of History and Art and the museum tower will also change. The museum will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the museum tower from Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On May 1 and 6, the museum will be closed to the public, but on May 4 it will be open during the event from 11 a.m. until the 15th

The Ādolfs Alunāns Memorial Museum will also work according to new working hours during the summer season – it will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On May 1, 4 and 6, the Ā. Alunāns Museum will be closed to visitors.

It should be noted that on May 12, Mother’s Day, and May 19, Pentecost, the Ęederts Elias Jelgava Museum of History and Art and the Ā. Alunāns Memorial Museum will be closed to visitors. However, participating in the international campaign “Night of European Museums”, on May 18, both museums will be open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
