The international consulting company “Civitta”, which also has an office in Riga, is rebranded and unites all subsidiaries, including the world-renowned digital solution developer “Mediapark” and the Estonian digital product studio “Singleton”, under one common name and structure.

Company representatives confirm that this new stage begins an important era in the company’s growth, which also means a new approach to management consulting and expands opportunities for clients.

Adapting to unprecedented challenges

“Civitta” founder and group executive director Adams Saulius Vaina (Adam Saulius Vaina), explains that the consulting industry generally seems inaccessible and unresponsive to the needs of today’s businesses.

“Today we live in changing and so far unforeseen conditions, therefore every company and organization needs an individual approach to their specific needs. We are ready to challenge the traditional norms of the consulting industry by offering internationally integrated services that merge digital and management consulting services for both public sector and private clients. We deal with complex problems through an integrated service system. I am absolutely convinced that this new approach is the right solution for building a company that is ready for the challenges of the future,” says ASAina. He has more than ten years of professional experience in the consulting industry and a track record of serving as an independent board member of several leading international companies.

ASAina points out that the company proves with its example that challenges can provide opportunities for growth. Last year, the company expanded into three new markets: Uzbekistan, Hungary, Portugal, and this is unusual growth in a time of recession.

“I am glad that despite our expansion and changes, the company remains faithful to its original mission – to provide opportunities for local talent in every country in which we operate, to work with internationally important projects and clients, while not losing touch with our community. This approach is not only a great opportunity for our employees, but also has made it possible to create an NGO called “Center for Economic Recovery in Ukraine”, which aims to support Ukraine in the development of economic policy. In addition, this organization regularly publishes reports on the social, economic and regional impact of the war in Ukraine, as well as on the impact of sanctions on Russia,” adds Ronalds Strauhs, associate partner of “Civitta Latvija”.

Rebranding campaign

The company’s new identity is not just a visual change, it also represents the company’s intelligent, creative and resourceful approach. The purpose of the rebranding campaign with the slogan “Question the Answer” is to present Civitta as a team that challenges the status quo and creatively finds solutions for its customers. The collaborative approach underlying the integration allows customers to avoid the need to work with multiple teams. Instead, everything can be done by one specialized team, drawing on experience from different industries.

28 employees work in the Latvian office of the company, and the local team is led by experienced partners: Jānis Ābele, Ronalds Štrauhs and Oleksands Volċiks. Together with team members from around the world, they play a critical role in connecting global vision and strategy with local expertise.
