“Time to put on your dancing shoes!”, calls singer Ainars Bumbieris and introduces the audience to the first waltz album in Latvia “Uzdejosim valsi”.
The album is special because it only features waltz rhythms that tempt listeners to sing along and go on a romantic journey with their dance partner, informs the musician.
“With ball shoes on our feet and spring in our hearts, let’s welcome the summer, let’s dance in the golden autumn and let’s celebrate life in the rhythm of the waltz in all seasons”, sings singer Ainars Bumbieris.
Composers Artūrs Mangulis, Jānis Krūmiņš, Laila Ilze Purmaliete, Viktors Pizāns and Arvis Šķirus have indulged in the performance of waltzes in order to combine their compositions in the album sung and published by Ainars Bumbiera.
The album “Uzdejosim valsi” combines the most popular radio hits and favorite tunes – “White flowers”, “Kas always missing and never passes”, “Dreamer”, “Zelta rudens”, as well as many new, so far unheard compositions.
The authors of the lyrics – Artūrs Mangulis, Viktors Pizāns, Jānis Krūmiņš and Žanis Pavlovskis add romance to the waltz melodies. The song arrangements were made by Atis Ieviņš, Emīls Mangulis, Jānis Čubars and Anatolijs Livča. The musicians Sintija Brīkše, Gidons Grīnbergs and Nikola Valaine took care of the good sound of the album. The studio producer is Rolands Makarskis, while the songs were recorded, mixed and mastered”Roland Records“ in the studio. The visual design of the album was created by “McAbol“.
