SIA “TRANSPORTENT” concern, or “SIXT” franchise partner in the Baltics, has strengthened its leading market positions in the full-service car leasing, fleet management and short-term car rental market in 2023, reaching a consolidated turnover of 62.75 million euros, which is 32% more than in 2022 in . Thanks to the growth in all companies of the group, the consolidated profit in 2023 reached 3.66 million euros.

“SIXT” is a stable market leader in Latvia, while in Lithuania and Estonia the company continues to grow rapidly in the short-term and long-term car rental segment, servicing more than 7,000 cars. The results of the past year confirm that customers continue to appreciate the services provided by “SIXT” and their advantages, so we will not stop at what we have achieved and the previous successes will be the basis for rapid further development not only in the Baltics, but also when we start operations in Finland in May 2024,” says Arnis Jaudzems, Manager of “SIXT” in Finland and the Baltic States.

Expanding the range of services and strengthening the leading position in the Baltics as an international mobility service provider, in 2023 the concern significantly increased the share of the car subscription service “SIXT+” segment. Also, the concern has continued to develop existing IT systems, focusing on improving customer experience and digitizing processes.

“SIXT” also continues to invest in the development of sustainability, paying special attention to environmental impact, social responsibility and corporate governance. In addition, in order to reduce the amount of emissions caused by road transport, the number of hybrid cars and electric cars in the company’s fleet is increased every year. Last year, the concerto reduced the fleet’s average CO2 emissions by 4%, reaching 135 g/km (according to WLTP standards).

The results of 2023 confirm that customers also continue to value the services provided by the concern and their advantages. Last year, the customer satisfaction index of full-service car leasing and fleet management was 9.22 (out of 10.00 maximum), while the short-term rental segment closely followed customer needs and “SIXT” quality standards, reaching a customer satisfaction index of 4.61 (out of 5.00 maximum). On the other hand, short-term car rental in Estonia received recognition for the highest customer satisfaction index among all “SIXT” franchise countries in the world.
