“Kautkaili” announces the concert “Palladium” and releases the video of the song “Personas kodos”.

This will be the most ambitious “Kautkaili” concert so far, to which both those who have already gotten to know the band’s musical “personal code” and those who are always looking for new and deep impressions are invited.

In November of last year, the group released their debut album “Personas kodos”, which received a “Golden Microphone” nomination in the “Pop album of the year” category.

Along with the announcement of the concert, the group presents to its listeners the video of the album’s title track “Personal Code”, which uses materials from both “Kautkaili” rehearsals, concerts and backstage, as well as from the recording sessions of last year’s album.

Video materials were recorded by band member Krists Kruskops and band friends Anastasija Petuhova and Artūrs Rudavs.

“We wanted to tell the story of “Persona koda” through visual moments experienced at a live concert and behind the scenes, thereby enhancing the lyrical thought of the song.

The song tells about the aspects of the personality inherited and acquired in life, the coded behavioral traits that make each of us a unique carrier of our personal code,” says Kristīne about the song and its video.

“Kautkaili” is made up of musicians Kristīne Pāže, Didzis Bardo and Krists Kruskops. The group’s music fuses the Latvian alternative pop music of the 90s and worldly soul music, but its diamond is the singer and songwriter Kristīne, whose velvety voice and intelligent melodies lead to an as yet unknown world of feelings.

The song “Let me” that was released in the fall of 2023 has conquered the airwaves of Latvian radio stations, won the “Songs of the Year” nomination of “Zelta mikrofons” and won the 7th place in the audience vote of “Musical Banks” held at the beginning of this year.
