08:56. The losses of Russian troops in Ukraine reached 466,150 soldiers by Sunday morning, according to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Army.
According to the General Staff 1096 invaders were destroyed during the day.
Since the beginning of the repeated invasion on February 24, 2022, the Russians have lost 7,279 tanks, 13,991 armored personnel carriers, 11,948 cannons and mortars, 1,050 rocket launchers, 776 anti-aircraft artillery, 348 airplanes, 325 helicopters, 2,124 drones cruise missiles, 26 ships and speedboats, one submarine, 16,065 cars and tankers, as well as 1,971 units of specialized equipment.
00.10. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has announced that Ukraine needs at least seven Patriot air defense systems and has urged allies not to waste time in proving their commitment to Russia.
Zelensky also said that during Russia’s last major missile strike on Ukraine, on the morning of April 27, “the trajectories and attack of Russian terrorist missiles were planned to make our air defense work as difficult as possible.”
