Notice of holding a public hearing on tree felling

Daugavpils State City Municipal Institution “Communal Management Administration” (hereinafter – Communal Management Administration) announces that, based on the decision of the Daugavpils City Council on 13.12.2012. of binding regulation No. 27 “Regulations on cutting trees outside the forest”, paragraph 11, materials on cutting trees in connection with the installation of a road transport pollution source impact station in the territory belonging to the Daugavpils state city municipality with cadastral designation 05000052605, next to a multi-storey residential building, are submitted for public consultation on November 18 on street 195^Vin Daugavpils.

The public consultation takes place from April 5, 2024 to April 15, 2024. After the completion of the public consultation procedure, the Municipal Administration will summarize and evaluate the results of the public consultation. The results of the public consultation procedure will be sent to the Department of Urban Planning and Construction of the Daugavpils State City Municipal Authority “Daugavpils pašvaldības centrāl pravadene” for making a decision on the installation of the road transport pollution source impact station at the address mentioned above.
