The offer of the public center for residents of Jelgava this month
Jelgava Public Center on Skolotahu Street invites representatives of the NGO sector and interested parties to various events for meaningful leisure time on April 8.
A concert dedicated to the International Roma Day, Kazakh spring holiday “Nauryz” is planned in the center. Also, it is planned to start Latvian conversation evenings this month, in which Jelgav residents who have learned Latvian, but do not have the opportunity to practice it on a daily basis, are invited to participate. Information on applying for spoken language evenings will follow.
In order to prepare for spring work, cleaning and proper waste sorting, representatives of the NGO sector will be offered a lesson “Think green…”.
It should be noted that participation in all events is free.

On April 8, at 4 p.m., a celebratory concert of the International Roma Day
April 13 at 12 o’clock – Kazakh spring holiday “Nauryz” (entry by invitation)
On April 15, at 6 p.m., an evening of talks for representatives of the Jelgava NGO “Think green…”
April 22 at 5:30 p.m. – Latvian conversational evening (For residents of Jelgava who want to strengthen their Latvian conversational skills)
On April 25 at 2 p.m. – a commemorative event for the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl NPP accident for the participants of the event (Pre-registration for participants before the event from 13.30) in the Jelgava County Council Hall (Pasta Street 37)
