Sarah is surrounded by many people who love dogs, most of them are happy to take care of dogs, go for walks and she likes to share the love and attention given by dogs.
Ferguson often talks about the honor she feels taking in the Queen’s pets and giving the dogs the chance to live in love, peace and close to where they have walked with the Queen.
“I think the corgis can sense the Queen’s presence in the Royal Lodge, Windsor. I think the Queen is walking by and laughing. I’m not weird. At night, dogs want their own space. I respect that they miss the queen. I also get tired of them,” Sara told the “Express” publication in 2023.
Elizabeth II, who died at the age of 96, owned many corgis during her lifetime. Muika and Sandy were given to her by her son Andrew and Sarah.

Prince Andrew and Duchess Sarah divorced in 1996. They continued to live together in Windsor, taking care of their daughters Beatrice and Eugenie together.
Duchess Sarah is one of the royals battling cancer. In June 2023, Ferguson was diagnosed with breast cancer, but already in 2024, the woman informed that she had been diagnosed with a second cancer – malignant melanoma.
