The triangular slide with rounded shapes produced by the Latvian company “TranaKids” according to a unique design has earned the recognition of the European Commission and received a patent that gives exclusive rights to this product in Europe.

The triangle-shaped slide performs both its direct functions, among which are the strengthening of the muscles of the support and locomotor apparatus and the muscles of the shoulder girdle, as well as the development of balance muscle coordination, as well as more complex and imperceptible functions – the development of spatial thinking, the ability to adapt the body to changing conditions, improving movement coordination , and other.

The manufacturers of the slide note that the advantage of their product over similar foreign products is additional elements that promote the development of the child’s motor skills – ropes, non-standard appearance, curves, as well as a rounded shape, which increases the complexity of the inventory, as well as the product’s mobility and ease of storage.

“At the age of up to 5 years, sensory systems are actively developing, the purpose of which is to collect and analyze information, as the senses develop: vision, hearing, touch, taste, balance, pressure feeling, thermal sensation, and others. The child collects this information by playing and experimenting with objects. The complex exercises that the slide allows to perform teach the child to maintain concentration on various tasks – both physical and intellectual,” says Montessori teacher Tatjana Pripyoka.

“Our goal is healthy and independent children. Our products make it possible to strengthen deep muscles and develop intelligence from an early age, promoting active daily activities. According to the statistics of the last couple of years, more than 8 thousand children have been diagnosed with a disability caused by, among other things, mental and behavioral disorders. This is a scary number, considering that the health of our children is the responsibility of adults,” says Alla Kokina, co-owner of the TranaKids company.
