The municipality of Daugavpils state repeatedly sells real estate in an oral auction with an upward step In the vicinity of New Forstadt. The auction will be held on May 29, application until May 23.
The municipality sells the following properties as a whole object in an ascending oral auction:
- land units 4988 m2in area, cadastral designation 05000081705, and the building on it 3628.5 m2 in area, cadastral designation 05000081705001, Minskas street 1, Daugavpils, cadastral no. 05000081705 (hereinafter – property no. 1);
- land units 2715 m2in area, cadastral designation 05000081703, Minskas street 1A, Daugavpils, cadastral no. 05000081703 (hereinafter – property no. 2);
- land unit 1004 m2in area, cadastral designation 05000081702, Minskas street 5, Daugavpils, cadastral no. 05000081702 (hereinafter – property no. 3);
- land unit 1010 m2in area, cadastral designation 05000081701, Minskas street 7, Daugavpils, cadastral no. 05000081701 (hereinafter – property no. 4);
- land units 2457 m2in area, cadastral designation 05000080057, Piekrastes street 17, Daugavpils, cadastral no. 05000081711 (hereinafter – property no. 5);
- land unit 3157 m2in area, cadastral designation 05000080061, Arendoles street 4, Daugavpils, cadastral no. 05000080056 (hereinafter – property no. 6).
The total starting price of the auction is EUR 962,400.00. Auction step – 6000.00 EUR.
This is already the third auction in which it is offered to buy a set of land plots with an area of 15,331 m2. The first auction was set for January 17, then the total starting price of the auction was EUR 1,203,000.00. However, no one applied for participation in the auction, and a re-auction was set for March 27, with the starting price reduced by 20% to EUR 962,400.00. This also happened without results. Therefore, the municipality announces the 3rd auction, you can apply for participation in it until May 23, 2024 at 17.00
The auction will take place in the Conference Hall of the Daugavpils Municipality Central Administration, Kr. Valdemāra Street 1, Daugavpils on May 29 at 5:00 p.m. Payment for the object must be made in accordance with the auction rules.
You can register for the auction at the central administration of the Daugavpils municipality during its working hours, Kr. Valdemāra street 1, Daugavpils, office 7, or when sending documents by mail (Daugavpils municipality central administration, Property management department, Auction commission, Kr. Valdemāra street 1, Daugavpils, LV – 5401), the postmark date of sending the documents must not exceed the submission deadline date, or electronically signed to the e-mail address of the chairman of the auction commission: [email protected], since the publication of this advertisement, by submitting the application and the documents specified in the auction rules, paying in advance a security deposit of 10% of the starting price of the auction (962400.00 EUR), that is 96240.00 EUR and a registration fee of 100.00 EUR.
