On March 31, at 12:58 p.m., the State Police received information that there is a conflict in a house in Lizuma Parish – people are behaving loudly and shouting. The police found that the woman was heavily intoxicated, aggressive and disobeyed the lawful demands of police officers. The police have started an administrative process for disobedience.

On March 30, at 4:40 p.m. in Galgauska parish, a man was driving a bicycle under the influence of alcoholic beverages along the highway Ozoli-Liezēre-Tirza-Stāķi. The minimum breath alcohol concentration is 2.53 ppm.

On March 29 at 5:36 p.m. in Tirza Parish, a man was driving a moped “Honda” on the Virāne-Grote highway while under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The minimum breath alcohol concentration is 1.23 ppm.

On March 29 at 8:48 p.m. in Lejasciema Parish, a man was driving a “Hyundai” car on Rīgas Street while under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The minimum breath alcohol concentration is 1.78 ppm. The police have started a criminal case.
