Could it be that after the events of March 13, the previous chairman of the board and the previous chief accountant of the legal entity headed by the wife of the head of Jelgava region have gained the courage and addressed the statements to the members of this legal entity about the operation of this board in 2023, that the board “implemented “simulative “financial transactions and illegitimate solutions”, “about withdrawing cash from accounts”, “simulative transactions drawn up as purchase contracts”, “I do not agree with individual transactions carried out in 2023, as well as the responsibility assumed by the accountant in accordance with the legislation”, “simulative financial transactions a member of the audit commission was also involved”, “I have refused to submit a report to the State Revenue Service for the year 2023 as a responsible accountant”, “such “workers” are dismissed very quickly, I know that in the state and local governments, as well as in the banking sector, still there are security services that are able to check employees’ lifestyles, habits and affiliation to certain organizations”, “it has been a “valuable” experience with the State Revenue Service, if it can be said with such certainty that there is no threat of any consequences”?

Could it be that, if there is “no threat of any consequences” from the State Revenue Service, a legal entity under the leadership of the wife of the head of Jelgava region obtained cash in the amount of 32,800 euros in 2023 with “simulative financial transactions” so that the “builder”, who was not in the register of building merchants, would pay “envelope wages”?

Greetings hon. philistines and the board!

I was looking forward to the report of the audit committee. Unfortunately or fortunately, the report was on par with previous years, which could not be said about the actual activities of Fil!B! in 2023.

On 08.03.2024 I got to know Fil!B! documents and Thank you to everyone who participated in it and will probably be able to confirm what I said. In addition to that, on 08.03.2024 I did not undertake to remain silent, to become an accomplice and I consider it my duty to inform other members about a couple of things that I collected.

I am very sorry that some members feel superior to others, making important (radical) decisions instead of others (there was no crisis, no emergency situation, so that this action could be considered justified) and, saving a few thousand EUR, members were “lined up” among themselves , bringing into focus the question of the corporation’s values, principles and moral standing.

I will not participate in the general meeting, because I was very unpleasantly surprised by what happened in 2023 already on 08.03.2024 and one ruined evening was enough for me. Why deliberately ruin the mood again? There are other ways to spend your time.

By accepting the report and participating in the approval of the annual report (in whatever format the question is asked), the financial activities and applied methods of Fil!B! in 2023.

Also, other members, if you doubt something, or do not know or are not sure, I invite you not to participate in the general meeting and votes. Leave this choice to those (some) who directly implemented the “simulative” financial transactions and illegitimate solutions in the society in 2023.
