Forbes estimates Swift’s fortune at $1.1 billion, making her the first pop star to become a billionaire solely through her music.
Swift, 34, also has an impressive real estate portfolio with homes in New York, Beverly Hills, Nashville and Rhode Island.
Other billionaire pop stars, including Rihanna and Jay-Z, have also made their fortunes through holdings in other areas, including fashion brands, liquor companies or entertainment holding companies, the magazine said.
Earlier this year, Swift reportedly won a Grammy for best album for her album Midnights, her fourth Grammy for best album.
